I've had the exciting opportunity to serve as a consultant in the reopening and menu redevelopment of several landmark restaurants on Martha's Vineyard. Managing every facet of the business, from meticulous budgeting and precise scheduling to strategic vendor negotiations, I've been passionate about driving operational efficiency and boosting financial performance. A key part of my role has been building strong partnerships with local vendors, ensuring we always have access to the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, which is essential for crafting exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Coordinated with front-of-house staff to synchronize service, maintain quality standards, and address customer feedback and preferences. Served distinguished clients such as Stags Leap Wine Cellars, Duckhorn Wine Company, Ehlers Estate, Fisher Vineyards, and Staglin Family Vineyards. Acted as Chef Liaison for the Staglin Music Festival for Mental Health and collaborated with renowned chefs including Hubert Keller, John Folse, Rick Tramonto, Mark Dommen, Staffan Terje, Rick Moonen and Nancy Silverton.Elevated food experiences by employing modern American fine dining techniques, emphasizing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients tailored to discerning palates of Napa Valley wineries.Developed and marketed Needs Salt brand, featuring wine pairing finishing salts as well as launched ChefWords line of chef-themed T-shirts.
