I have over 30 years experience in facilitation and coaching in lots of different types of organisation. I do have a great view from my office, but the name is more about the fact that I enjoy helping people and organisations benefit from seeing things from different points of view. I'm keenly interested in values-based management and leadership; helping employers and employees to be true to their own values.
