I am a dedicated software engineer with a passion for developing impactful code and data models that benefit companies. I am particularly intrigued by the possibilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning, which drive my enthusiasm for creating innovative solutions. Over the past several years, I have accumulated extensive experience in software development, working on a variety of projects that span web application development, data analysis, and system optimization.My most recent position has been with Coforge, where I have worked as a software engineer for the past four years, specializing in Pega. In this role, I have developed web applications for several major companies, covering various aspects of the development process, including UI/UX design, database design, documentation and coordination, and performance optimization. My work at Coforge has honed my ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly software solutions, making significant contributions to the success of our projects and clients.Prior to my role at Coforge, I served as the Data Director for the Montana GOP. In this role, I was responsible for building voter data sets to target key groups, setting up VOIP systems and applications for callers, and designing a database for the new data collected during the campaign season.I also worked on the FireMAP research team at Northwest Nazarene University, focusing on using machine learning to map wildland fires. During this time, I coauthored an academically published paper on texture implementation as a fourth parameter to enhance image classification accuracy for wildland fires. I also contributed to spatial resolution reduction for satellite imagery of lower resolution.In addition to these roles, I worked as a Support Technician for the Montana Department of Revenue. In this position, I provided essential support to workers by troubleshooting technical issues and upgrading workstations. I graduated with a Computer Science degree from Northwest Nazarene University. I am fluent in C++ programming and possess a deep understanding of object-oriented design. Additionally, I have experience programming in Java and am familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, having built a personal webpage and contributed to the design of a website for financial calculations. My programming expertise extends to C, C#, Python, MATLAB, and SQL databases. I am also knowledgeable in computer architecture, operating systems, and machine learning.
