Managing the Financial Planning and Analysis function for the New Zealand operating subsidiaries of Rayonier - a Forestry & Real Estate Company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.The role included:- Managing the 5 year plan, annual budget and rolling forecasting processes.- Managing the monthly reporting back to regional business units.- Reporting of results and key metrics to the senior leadership team.- Analysis of derivative contracts, primarily forward foreign exchange contracts and foreign exchange options against the Treasury Policy.- Enhancements in reporting and forecasting functions by working alongside consultants. This included SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation software. - Participation in Finance Team management in New Zealand.- Management of the team of financial analysts based in New Zealand.
