Having been in the wireless industry for over a decade and staying in the service industry and sales throughout my career I believe I could be a great asset to most any facet of business. Having an emphasis on employee management and having a A.B.A - Human resources, I firmly believe that at the core of every business, the employee experience and retention are the companies greatest asset. In my career in the wireless sales industry I earned multiple awards for being in the top 5% of employees in both sales and leadership. This means that meeting sales and service (N.P.S.) goals are not lost of myself. As well as venturing into a new field of logistics with being a vehicle delivery driver has changed my understanding of SAP and Salesforce for helping to drive customer and employee engagement. Throughout my career I have always been a fast learner and embrace change and new ideas as readily as they are available, or allowed to be created. Change energizes a company and improving employee and customer experiences through service is a strength of mine. Building personal relationships either with employees and guests have allowed me to leverage my strengths into verifiable results.
