Joined the 1218 Global EMEA team in Leicester to support and promote Salesforce, Sirenum Salesforce platform software, PeopleSoft, and related client services and vendor partnerships. In this role he has conducted systems evaluation, process analysis, system design and systems implementation for Staffing Industry clients. Designed features to extend system capability in Sirenum to add 2nd tier vendors, broadcast Orders and manage the assignments of 2nd tier resources. Designed a Mobile app connected to a client's custom PeopleSoft staffing application. Assisted with analysis and specs for numerous integrations to facilitate business processes across system boundaries.

In the management matrix of a global ERP project headquartered in Zurich and Lyon, provided functional expertise in Pay/Bill, Contracts, Projects and their integrations with core financial GL, AR, BI and AP modules. Successfully engaged large executive management and consulting teams from Europe, North America and Japan representing 60 countries. Led workshops and was responsible for requirements gathering, product demonstration, analysis of system capabilities relative to identified business drivers, and active solicitation of end-user, management, and technical perspectives to enrich the proposed solution. In Maryland, for an implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 GL, AR, AP, BI, CA, PC, Resource Management, and Program Management, prepared the initial project plan for a project involving significant customizations with a footprint in EMEA and North America. In Dallas, led a methodology project for Regents Consulting, and in San Antonio, as PM and SME, led a re-implementation of GL, AP, BI, AR, CA, PC and Expenses.

Following the conversion to PeopleSoft 9.2, assumed responsibility for delivering enhancements and enhanced functionality to the business for the financials modules. Provided guidance and design assistance to the delivery team.

Within the IT organization, provided assistance to the PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation team. Created and/or reviewed all functional specifications for interfaces and extensions, monitored and reviewed all technical specifications, assisted in configuration and design considerations and assisted business teams to understand and adapt to PeopleSoft.

Working within the Controller's organization under the Director, Financial Systems, provided PeopleSoft expertise in anticipation of the transition from the legacy platform to PeopleSoft. Designed the conversion of Suppliers, designed and implemented automated GL entries from BAI files received from banking partners, assisted in the design of interfaces with Volunteer Management systems and HR systems; and provided guidance for configuration of financials modules in concert with third party consultancies. Laid the foundation for managing and executing conversion of all financial and operational reporting.
