As the leader of this professional student organization I strive to instill a culture of Diversity and Inclusion within the Eller College of Management. Through the associations philanthropy and outreach events we promote cultural awareness and the concept of idea inclusion. In addition to organizing and carrying out the goals of the club I also work to professionally develop association members through the mode of workshops and direct access to business professionals.

TedxUofA is a privately organized TED conference organized by a student organization. As Head of Operations of the event I oversaw each individual and ensured timely completion of tasks. I also formalized and documented the processes by which the event was planned. I helped with logistical details regarding the event as well as speaker recruitment, marketing, and theme implementation. Being able to work in a such a collaborative environment drastically progressed my teamwork abilities as well as timeline management in order to ensure the overall success of the event.

As a Business Analyst for University's Information Technology Services Campus Web Services Team I have had the opportunity to work with various campus departments and colleges to develop a secure and adaptable web presence. I compose Service Level Agreements between the Campus Web Services team and various campus departments for the hosting and support services our team provides. I also have built out a number of high priority websites using a pre-configured Drupal based content management system called UA Quickstart. More than just building out websites I have also developed some introductory level development experience. I also was appointed to be a part of the hiring committee for the Summer Internship program that our team supports. I believe my time as a Business Analyst has and will continue to prepare me for a hopeful career in Business/Web Analytics.

As a Preceptor for the MIS 111 course (Computers and the Internetworked Society) I was responsible for the grading of a course with over 1400 students. I was faced with tough grading deadlines with little to no guidance and was able to develop a grading procedure of my own. For a minimum of two hours a week I was required to assists students with course work. Course work included extensive Microsoft excel work, and Visio. I was also held responsible for the handling of sensitive student information.

At Realty Executives I was a summer Business Intern where I was able to expand my professional development as well as gain valuable knowledge in the world of realty. I drafted and updated official documents, addendum's, and agreements between the home buyers, home sellers, and the company. I was also required to effectively compose and maintain strong relationships with interested clients regarding business opportunities with the company. I was given the opportunity collaborate with other team members to prioritize and cater to our clients needs. And lastly I regularly managed client information database systems through systematic updating procedures.
