I was brought on board this position by request of a fellow project manager who recognized my organizational skills and dedication while in the Sales Engineer position. I was initially tasked with a support role to help uncover any discrepancies between the contract documents and the understood scope of work. I quickly outgrew this role and assumed larger.

• Just over a year and half in the Fire Alarm Inspector position, I was promoted to Lead Fire Alarm Inspector. In addition to my prior responsibilities, I was now accountable for:
• Inspections in some Philadelphia’s largest high rises, hospitals and other commercial facilities.
• Coordinating inspections with the customer
• Managing a team of inspectors
• Completing certification forms
• Educating new Fire Alarm Inspectors

• As a Fire Alarm Inspector, I was responsible for inspecting life safety systems in commercial facilities and determine if they met standards set forth by NFPA, IBC and NEC building and safety codes.My daily roles.
• Functional testing and inspecting of individual fire alarm system components
• Evaluate fire alarm system compliancy with building and safety codes
• Troubleshooting low voltage electrical system circuits, relays and control equipment.
