I have been involved in Astra Daihatsu building from pre-construction stage, construction stage and also operational stage (Repair and Maintenance).In Pre-Construction stage, I responsible in preparing basic layout design of Astra Daihatsu's showroom and workshop based on standard requirement from Marketing Department and Service Department.After basic layout design approved by all management, the design developed by consultant until ready for tender process (for tender drawing and bill of quantity). Parallel with tender preparation, I prepare for construction permit (IMB) requirement, such as drawing and any data or information that is required. I ensure all permits for construction process are ready before construction process begin.After all tender document ready, I conduct tender process with selected contractors, from aanwijzing process, clarification process and prepare for negotiation process which is handled by procurement. After negotiation process complete, I prepare for project kick off so contractor to start work preparation at project site.At construction stage, I responsible to ensure all standard and approved design are applied. Beside that I have to ensure project schedule to make sure building can operate on time based on operational target from Marketing Department. I also visit site project regularly to make sure all contractor works have good quality and delivery (on schedule). When project has reach 80% percent, I coordinate with purchasing section and Service Department to fulfill building equipment, furniture and workshop equipment. I ensure the specification, quantity of building equipment, furniture and workshop equipment are fulfill based on necessity.After construction finish 100% and all equipment and furniture fullfilled, I have to ensure all project administration complete, such as final bill of quantity based on site work, detailed list of building assets and equipment that will be used for assets stock opname.

At operational stage, I responsible to analyze every repair and maintenance activities are proper to be executed at proper method and also at efficient cost. Every repair and maintenance activities are analyzed based on urgent and priority to control efficient cost. I also need to make a monitoring system to ensure that all Astra Daihatsu buildings are in good condition to give excellent customer services.
