As a Communications Assistant for the Principal's Office at Queen's University I ensure effective communication between administration and students through website upkeep. I also am helping create a website regarding an upcoming initiative at Queen's.

As a Principal's Summer Student Intern I was able to learn about central university functions, and participate in projects across the university. Each week I was able to attend educational sessions with leaders at Queen's, and ask questions regarding their roles. The projects I worked on were related to the Office of Advancement, community engagement, and events and services coordination (e.g. providing assistance at Convocation). I was able to built amazing relationships with senior administration.

Within the Social Media Intern role I aid in the production of content posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. I also edit YouTube captions with the goals of ensuring an inclusive viewing experience. As a Research Assistant (Knowledge Mobilization) I aid in the creation of graphics and logos for three projects focusing on Quantum technology and its various impacts on the political sphere.
