Served as the Led Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) for the U.S. Special Operations Aviation Command (USASOAC) Aviation Maintenance Support Office (AMSO). I oversee a $32 million program, along with work performance and procedures of a 277-personnel contractor maintenance support team. Along with developing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring a contract quality assurance program, I ensured quality considerations were addressed and requirements achieved at each stage of the aircraft repair project life cycle. Additionally, I ensured contractor repair, maintenance and aircraft modifications quality comply with requirements.
