As a computer technician, I had the responsibility to diagnose the computers that are brought to us by our customers to find out why the computer isn't working as expected. Once we found the issue it was up to our team to replace parts or to reinstall the software so everything would be running smoothly again.This job is very versatile and gave me great technical and problem-solving insight. Next to my job as a technician I also helped the customers who came into the workshop or who contacted us by phone and email.

As a creative designer, I provided all the design work needed to take HV Equestrian to the next level. I designed for many platforms, from online social media posts and interactive magazines to analog magazines, flyers, posters, and event items. I also had the opportunity to film at photoshoots to later edit this into a promotional movie which would be played at events and within stores to show the upcoming collection. Because we were a small team (4 people) I had a leading role within the concept design phase for all things that needed a creative solution.

As a promoter, it was up to me to inform customers within a store about the product and answer all questions they may have. At the time I worked as a promoter for the Google Chromebooks and later on switched to Samsung 4K Televisions.We would work with targets to make sure the sales would go up on the promoted products. Most of the time the customer would buy the product because I provided all the information they asked for and therefore they would be more convinced that it was a good product and worth their money.

As a call center agent, I was the one who could solve almost every problem over the phone. 5CA contracted big companies to do their consumer technical service. Some of the companies that I represented were: Jabra, Rockstar, Activision, and Eminent. The supported languages I provided were Dutch and English.

As they like to say: No is not an answer, we will find out!As a technical agent, I supported the customer with their smartphone, tablet, and laptop/PC by making sure it always run as smoothly a possible or that it would run in the first place. Because it was a shop-in-shop at the PhoneHouse I was also a support to the sales department by answering questions regarding all the options of a smartphone.

At MyCom I sold hardware and software to all-round customers, from a simple laptop to a custom-made computer for that hardcore gamer. We sold all well-known brands like; Apple, Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, etc. as well as other hardware to upgrade your PC or laptop.Because I had an advising role I needed to be up-to-date with the latest information about the two most sold platforms; Apple and Windows. In my time working there I was able to get two Apple Product Professional badges and also got my Microsoft certificates for all Windows-related products. Next to that, I needed also to be up-to-date on all hardware-related subjects, because of this I was also able to support the technical service and help them build those awesome custom PCs.After a short period, I was able to be promoted to store manager, where I was responsible for everything in the store itself. Behind the scenes, I processed stock and did the administration as well as provide feedback and support for the team.

In this intern position, I had the opportunity to create high-poly 3D models for products that IM Productions produced as well making 3D concepts on how to improve the existing products. IM Productions used these 3D models to show the customer a better view and understanding of how things worked and looked. Most products were made for the construction branch and were very innovative at the time.

Internship Game Artist. As an artist, it was up to me to create graphics that could be used in upcoming games which were released by OneTwoGaming. Next to that, I did some work debugging games as well as being a community manager for already launched games.
