Jonathan currently leads product strategy and design for American Airlines’ lounges, premium ground experiences, and the onboard soft goods programs – which include Flagship First Dining, Flagship Lounge, Admirals Club, Flagship First Check In, Five Star Service, and the suite of onboard amenity kits, headphones and nose-to-tail textiles (bedding, pillows/blankets, sleepwear).Prior to this role, Jonathan has built and led effective teams with compassion and successively larger spans of care across commercial, operations and customer experience organizations. Fresh out of college, but following two consecutive internships at the airline, his first full-time role was on the frontline at JFK Airport as a Customer Service Manager.As a global citizen, Jonathan has long been fascinated by the magic of travel and art of hospitality. On his time off, you’ll catch him either at a local Cars & Coffee meetup, at trivia night in a neighborhood dive spot, or hopping on a last-minute flight for a quick long haul getaway (including mattress runs in the name of loyalty).
