I have dedicated my career to not only transforming healthcare systems for clients, but also their facility's design. As a Principal and Lean facilitator, I infuse process improvement into each step of a project. My passion for problem solving drives me to challenge traditional solutions and approaches. I tailor the project approach for each client by understanding their organization to develop improvements to support and enhance them. I am most excited about developing new tools to help engage stakeholders, drive consensus and increase value for capital projects.With degrees both in architecture and interior design I bring experience in the planning and design of a wide range of health facilities. The integration of operational performance and aesthetic excellence drives my interests in process improvement – ‘It has to work. It ought to work well.
