Project leader responsible for developing new manufacturing equipment and processes while simultaneously supporting product development.

Responsible for developing plant standards, trainings and supporting continuous improvement projects throughout the entire plant. Evaluated production areas for their lean maturity level and identified opportunities to improve. As trainers our team coordinated plant wide in-person trainings and workshops at every level.

• Implemented lean manufacturing.• Standardization and optimization of the entire value stream. • Developed manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.• Completed process validations to comply with government regulations for medical device manufacturing.• Install and evaluate manufacturing equipment, materials, or components.• Select material quantities or processing methods needed to achieve efficient production.• Recommend corrective or preventive actions to assure or improve product quality or reliability.
