Support my team’s Investment Advisor in the efficient operation of their business.Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of clients with ScotiaMcLeod by conducting account opening and transfers in from other financial institutions. Client Service and Team Administration: Track commissions reclaims and daily cash movements. Manage meetings and calls for relationship managers and prepare detailed meeting preparation consisting of holdings and portfolio performance reports. Investment and Cash Management: Equity and fixed income trade execution, mutual fund trade execution, monitor and execute client payments (RRIF payments, manual EFTs, Ad hoc payments).

• Accurately process cash and securities transfers from Scotiabank accounts to other financial institutions.  Completing, verifying, and processing multiple transfer forms daily.  Maintaining accurate records of account transfer bookkeeping entries.• Respond to inquiries from financial advisors in a manner consistent with Scotia Service Standards, Complaint Resolution Standards and Procedures.  Provide prompt and accurate follow-up on outstanding transfer items.

Create price estimates and issue quotes in response to customer sales inquiries.Process customer sales orders: over $2,000,000 worth of orders processed to date. Identify and develop relationships with vendors in support of the company. Understand and complying with a wide range of Government and industry standards. Accurately enter customer data into company database and developing bills of materials for parts assemblies.
