Bass trombonist Jon Candel performs with a wide variety of groups including the Victoria Jazz Orchestra, the Sooke Philharmonic Orchestra, and the brass quintet Brasstastic! Career highlights include performances at Carnegie Hall with the CMU Philharmonic, and at the Royal Theatre in Victoria with the Victoria Symphony. Jon can be heard on two albums recorded by the University of Calgary Wind Ensemble.
