I was responsible for liaising with various business teams to to help increase the use of data to drive more informed decision-making throughout the company. I worked with key stakeholders to scope out enhancement requests and new reporting initiatives that are built out using the SAP BusinessObjects suite of tools.During a project, I partnered with the requester to understand the business need and ensure that need is met throughout development by: gathering and analyzing requirements, completing high level data modelling and mapping, assessing priority, setting expectations, facilitating communication, performing QA testing, conducting end user testing, and obtaining final approval.Secondarily, I flexed in as a report developer. In addition to the above, I created new reports and made changes to existing reports per business specifications. I also helped ensure reports were distributed in a timely matter and performed administrative tasks such as managing accounts and troubleshooting system issues.

As a consultation agent, I worked as the face of my Geek Squad precinct. When clients came in for their electronics-related issues, I would perform light troubleshooting while taking thorough notes about the item and issue. If the item required repair, my notes would be relied upon by the repair agent to diagnose and fix the issue. All initial troubleshooting and paperwork had to be completed within the client's appointment window in order to be available for the next appointment, so time management was key.

My biggest accomplishment was identifying a bug in a heavily used enterprise application and escalating the issue to corporate management. The bug was fixed, which eliminated a daily pain point for thousands of employees across the company.I was recognized as a leader in my department, despite only working part-time. I regularly worked with third party vendors to ensure displays were functioning correctly. I also implemented planograms and worked with other departments to ensure merchandising standards were being followed.

As a sales consultant my main duty was to provide excellent customer service and meet every need of the customer to the best of my ability. I acted as a product expert and used my knowledge to sell solutions to customers' needs. I often needed to translate my technical knowledge into something relevant and understandable to an everyday customer. My secondary responsibilities included keeping department clean and organized, keeping up with the latest technology product knowledge, and helping to keep my department stocked and merchandised.

I assisted the Customer Manager for each business area within the company. During my time at Thyssenkrupp, I absorbed some of the language of the IT business. I also became familiar with HP Service Manager and ServiceNow. I had the privilege of sitting in on most meetings that the customer managers were a part of, both over the phone and in conference rooms.I believe my largest contribution during my time there was to help create a weighted scoring matrix that was used to choose a vendor for a major software implementation. I was also chosen to contribute to the first in a series of meetings to create policies, processes, and procedures for one department.

I acted as Nike's liaison with various retailers, bringing Nike shops up to standard. I was contracted with Nike through Franklin Retail Solutions to make periodic visits to several stores in the Atlanta area where I spend time merchandising product to create sell-through for Nike. Work included general merchandising, resetting shops, installing graphics, documenting work done via photos, gathering information, and creating a report for each visit. I also participated in some larger scale projects where I work as part of a small team to do the initial installation of Nike shops in well-known sporting goods stores before their grand opening.

I served as the face of the dealership's Service department, gathering information about clients' maintenance and repair needs and relaying that information to service technicians. A typical service visit included scheduling the appointment, gathering and recording information from the client, completing a pre-visit inspection of the vehicle, consulting technicians about service work needed, estimating time and cost of work, asking for approval for the work, coordinating loaner vehicles for the client, and summarizing work done during vehicle pick-up. I managed several clients and their vehicles per day, maintaining an appropriate amount of communication throughout the service visit. Other activities included directing drivers for at-home vehicle pick-up and drop-off, communicating with the Sales and Parts departments as needed, and offering extended warranties and service contracts.
