SME for Workday supporting the HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Recruiting modules.Specialized in Integrations and Reporting across all implemented modules, with additional experience in security and business process configuration.Owner and maintainer of over 25 integrations using Workday tools such as EIBs, Studios, Cloud Connectors, and REST APIs. Built relationships with internal SMEs to determine Workday requirements, research options, communicate decisions, and implement solutions. Frequently knowledge transfers sessions and check-ins ensured that expectations were kept in line with functionality.
