Vevo is a JV founded by Universal Music Group and Sony Music, the two largest record companies in the world. Vevo is the #1 global music property, the #1 Youtube partner, and the #3 digital video company in the world. I led the global commercial operations, including sales, partner relations, marketing, and research.

Nielsen is the world's largest market research and measurement company. I held multiple leadership roles in Nielsen's Online and Mobile businesses, ultimately as CEO of global digital business across over 50 countries. This group provides a range of audience measurement, advertising research, consumer insight, and consulting services to several hundred of the world's foremost Online and Telecom players, as well as the largest advertisers.

I co-founded and ran the pioneering social media intelligence firm. We grew from a 2 person start-up to a 150 employee global leader, via a series of industry mergers and multiple investment rounds by Nielsen and other investors. Nielsen acquired BuzzMetrics in 2007, at which point we counted 19 of the Top 20 U.S. advertisers as clients.

I co-founded and ran one of the first social networks for the music industry and independent musicians. We sold Outer Sound to Sharpflat, a music industry software company which has since gone out of business.

I co-founded and ran a boutique interactive consulting firm, in the go-go days of the first dot com boom, when a twenty-something with no business experience could be a "consultant". Despite ourselves, we provided a range of web development and internet strategy services to clients including Disney, Intel and NIH.
