I started my career within the engineering consultancy world, leading the design and project management of multi-project work programmes and spent seven years with Skanska growing their telecoms and utility business. Senior Design ManagerHaswell Consulting Engineers 1995 - 2000During my 5 years with Haswell I led a design team working on major wastewater network projects including the Derby City asset management transformation project. This saw over £40m of new tunnels, overflow structures and new sewers replaced across the city including significant customer consultation and engagement. I led the development of feasibility studies and detailed hydraulic modelling to optimise the solutions. -
