TCP Communications LLC was a private equity-backed wireless tower company that was sold to Global Tower Partners, a Blackstone Group portfolio company. Entrepreneur Magazine and PricewatershouseCoopers named TCP to its 2005 “Hot 100” list, an annual ranking of America's fastest growing new businesses. As CFO, Jonathan oversaw TCP's rapid growth; analyzed, negotiated and closed seventeen deals; built all company and acquisition models; maintained daily contact and information flow with TCP's private equity investors; and negotiated and structured TCP's bank facility.
