I handle actions involving tankers, liquid cargoes and metals and regularly advise on contamination claims, sale of goods issues, sanctions and cases arising out of salvages. My practice covers a variety of commercial disputes including complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation in the non marine and reinsurance sectors and matters as diverse as professional indemnity risks, directors' and officers' risks and a variety of reinsurance and reinsurance run-off contracts.
