I supervise and direct the activities of managers in Medical Review and Appeals departments, serving the Medicare Jurisdiction J Contract.

I manage and direct the activities for a staff including Business Analysts, Statisticians, and Quality Management Analysts. Primary responsibilities include providing data analytics and reporting to drive data-driven enterprise decisions. I also utilize a Six Sigma certification to promote enhanced productivity, efficiency, and quality throughout Medicare.

I managed a team of Medicare Claims Appeals Specialists, directing the activities of the staff and driving the team to meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to government and industry relations as well as contract requirements.

This included, but was not limited to, analyzing data regarding audience readership metrics, circulation information, editorial composition, and general publication statistics.
