I ran 3 SME direct sales organisations. I restructured, recruited and trained the people in the business across the administration, sales, service, call centre and installation teams. I changed the culture in the business whilst I developed and delivered the business strategy that delivered strong sales results in a difficult market.

I worked with Senior leaders and Boards in the Public and Private sectors to recruit CEOs, GMs and Senior Managers in the commercial space. I built strong relationships with the likes of Loyalty NZ, Housing NZ, NZICA and recruited exclusively for their businesses.
