Responsible for the daily NAV & PnL calculations, and analysis of 35+ individual buy side client portfolios (as a team). Daily tasks include:- Interviewing VBA/Excel candidates- Executing trade captures, confirmations, and settlements, and corporate actions while calculating daily interest accruals for all Bank Loan and Fixed Income products traded over 7 individual Hedge Fund clients.- Analyzing PnL for array of security types held in client portfolios including bank loans, fixed income, equities, futures, options, indexes, TRS, FX forwards and CDS. Reviewing the daily cash and position reconciliations for client portfolios, resolving any PnL breaks.- Tasked with analyzing, and automating the bank debt group’s workflow. Utilizing VBA, Excel mapping, SQL, and Python skills to create and maintain scripts/programs, and macros that fully automate an array of tasks and process. - Creating custom VBA/Excel performance reports and trade maps for clients based on requirements.

Providing independent pricing, transparency and liquidity data on bonds across the universe of corporate and sovereign securities, municipal bonds as well as European and US securitised products. also providing pricing to the Markit iBoxx investment-grade cash bond indices and multiple hedge fund & IB institutions with independent third party evaluated intraday bid/offer pricing & valuation services in addition to yield and spread calculations based off;-Analysis of market dealer runs, quotes, and trade data to price instruments.-Primary coverage responsibilities for pricing Consumer Goods/Services, Health care, telecommunications and International debt issues.-Maintain existing evaluation models and increase sector coverage.-Perform credit spread analysis and dealer quote research.-Check quality and data integrity to assure market data and trade economics are priced in.-Manage client challenges of pricing data and handle client requests for custom data sets.-Evaluations of a debt issuing company’s credit rating/risk and market data to calculate a spread over benchmark treasury for individual issuer debt curves.

Markit Bond Reference Data: Aggregates and validates detailed global bond information, including issuer details, currency, maturity, income and corporate actions. Our comprehensive offering helps improve operational efficiency and supports intraday decision-making and risk management processes.Providing cash flows for structured financial instruments. Providing bond data support for evaluated bond pricing team which prices 2.3 million bonds daily.Reference Cash Flow Data: Markit Reference Data determines monthly settlement on CDS of ABS trades based on ISDA Pay-As You-Go requirements.
