Achievements include:- Planned and delivered annual cross-channel recruitment campaigns to meet target student numbers across multiple curriculum areas generating £400k surplus in 2016/17.- Project-managed and launched a sector-leading mobile-optimised website in to the market, developing onsite experience with customised online forms, third party booking widgets and live chat function. - Introduced tracked, mobile-optimised e-mails for prospective learner engagement and learner retention featuring news, event communications, highlighted courses and learner stories. Launched weekly digital internal e-news for staff with news, features, and team and project updates.- Refreshed the WAES brand via key messages, visual identity and colour palette with aid of design agency, implemented throughout all digital and offline communications. - Project-managed annual course guide, leaflet distribution of 100,000+, central London tube and bus and outdoors campaigns and enhanced google ad words campaigns to drive learner enrolment.- Delivered annual student awards ceremony for over 200 attendees including governors, local councillors, students and guests.
