Helping companies effectively plan for, strategize, learn, rollout, and adopt Microsoft 365 technologies and work through the change that accompanies these implementations. Where companies may not be ready yet for tech implementation, I serve as a proactive thought partner to help others understand the technology, what it may mean for their end users, and how it could relate to their business. Working with customers, I was able to make the following impact:● Led the build of a lauded end-user centric migration framework that guided +30K end-users off on-premises applications to Microsoft's GCC-High M365 cloud platform, resulting in a significant boost in productivity. ● Developed and implemented company-wide communication, welcome sessions, learning sessions, open forums, Champions programs, plus more. All of this was done to support adoption and change management for end-users transitioning to new Microsoft 365 environments.● Recognized by multiple customers for delivering exceptional OCM results, reviews and repeat business.

● Recruited to migrate Southwest’s intranet and collaboration solutions to Microsoft 365 cloud● Responsible for defining annual strategy and roadmap for Southwest's Microsoft 365 platform● Responsible for defining and implementing governance framework for M365 apps and users● Led a highly successful, and celebrated 2020 roll out of MS Teams to 12K HQ users on a timeline that was expedited 6 months while obtaining and sustaining an +75% adoption rate (MOM)● Successfully rolled out Southwest Airlines new intranet, and social platform to 75K users based on Microsoft's SharePoint Online, Yammer, Stream and other core Microsoft 365 products● Coordinated Microsoft Teams deployment to over 50K Operational field users in support of key business goals: increased speed of hiring, training, and greater connectivity across the company● Trained, managed, and oversaw the efforts of 7.2K end-users cleaning-up and migrating 52TB of files to Office 365, within 2 months’ time to remove dependencies, saving $0.9M in license costs● Work directly with Microsoft Product Teams to provide feedback on early features and functionality of Microsoft Teams and Viva

● Transitioned Target’s intranet to Office 365 from SharePoint 2010, leading the areas of enterprise adoption, change management, training, and operations with a user base of 350,000 users● Delivered strategies and tailored Office 365 training and tailored engagements for 10,000+ employees across 200+ engagements to support the move to Office 365 from SharePoint 2010 ● Developed customized training, best practice, and end-user resources to support successful migration of over 3,500 SharePoint Site Collections to Office 365 within 6 months● Developed SharePoint and Power Automate Solutions that saved over $250K in payroll/yr.● Elected as first ally co-chair of Target's LGBTA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), focusing on creating & sustaining a culture of LGBTQ+ inclusivity within our teams, guests, and community

● Led governance and operations for Target's SharePoint-based intranet with a user base of +50,000● Consulted with tens of thousands of individuals to train SharePoint use and intranet best practices● Led efforts to overhaul and optimize intranet support resulting in formalized support model and 50% reduction in misdirected support tickets
