I bring end-to-end experience in production and people leadership, and I am always future-focused, fast-paced, adaptive, and driven to create workplaces where teams thrive.In my current role at TESLA Body Repair, I am accountable for the end-to-end production line of the repair centre. This includes managing customer communications, workflow, systems, personnel, processes, and performance. I have demonstrated my ability to respond to environmental and industry challenges and have a strong focus on continuous improvement to bolster productivity and customer experience. I am recognized for my ability to build and rally a team around shared goals and the quality of the product. Within the organization, I have established myself as a leader with a reputation for my ambition, outcome focus, and attention to detail. My daily roles within TESLA include:• Leading and coordinating teams of specialists to meet production requirements, such as estimation, panel work, paint shop, assembly, and quality control• Being accountable for workflow and performance against internal KPIs and third-party expectations, such as AAMI and Suncorp Insurance• Coordinating and managing sub-contractors to maximize returns and process efficiencies in the repair centre life cycle• Providing technical skills support to the paint shop to increase quality and efficiency using paint matching and spraying expertise• Being accountable for parts inventory and allocation• Managing finances, including invoicing, wage processing, stock management, and control• Being the key liaison with insurance companies for claim management and assessment• Being the key liaison for customer care, including post-delivery support and expectation management• Being accountable for the health and safety of production staff• Being accountable for compliance and governance of internal and industry expectations and standardsOverall, I am a strong leader who is dedicated to creating a productive and safe workplace where teams can thrive.
