I support the goal of increasing equity and access to educational resources in the healthcare and higher education domains through the digitization of programming and engagement.My role lies in the crossroads of active listening, interpretation of corporate strategy, knowledge of technical scope, industry expertise in healthcare and education tech, and tactful approaches to building out features.To meet our goals, I work closely with key internal stakeholders in order to educate and train on new products and features, collect and prioritize feedback from new and existing customers, and translate business requirements into technical requirements for development prioritization across all of PlatformQ’s product suite.
