- Production: all source intelligence, verbal and written briefs for senior UK customers, including the Prime Minister and senior Cabinet members. • Liaison: directly involved in cross government coordination and liaison on sensitive issues that have a direct impact on UK foreign policy.• Branch Security Officer: security of personnel, protectively marked material, IT, and the provision of two hour training package for all new starters. • Information management: ensured the 35 members of the Middle East and North Africa team respond to external tasking to set deadlines through the recording of coming requests, allotting of tasks to the relevant desks, and giving regular updates to customers. • Finances: prepared business cases for budget manager approval for all external visits, travel, and internal hosted meetings by accurately assessing total costs from all available providers, working within budget limitations.
