I love good ideas. I gravitate to big picture projects with my strengths in analysis and strategy, to which I bring a holistic, human centered, and social science perspective. Everything is connected. I contribute most effectively to projects in research, ideation, design, and analysis roles. I thrive on challenges and love learning.Ideas, challenges, and learning are the the ties that bind my career experiences. The social determinants of health are usually also involved. I have experience as a certified career development practitioner, researcher, and strategist and more recently, as a consultant for small business. I have worked in the employment services, post-secondary, human services, and medical sectors in Canada. Snapshots of some of my projects are featured below. In addition to my independent strategy work, I hold the position of Career Counselor at TEAM Work Cooperative / Nova Scotia Works.
