Manage all Inventory related to Maintenance, Repair and Operations(MROs). Manage procurement, sourcing and analyzing of all industrial parts, pipe fittings, valves, equipment and services used in preventative maintenance, daily operations of chemical plant, capital projects and improvements. Manage budget for monthly expenditure. Negotiate with vendors and contractors on building materials and services. Develop and manage new inventory processes and procedures for maintaining sufficient stock levels. Analyze and find obsolete parts as well as equipment to ensure proper levels of stock for our storeroom.

Manage finished goods inventory going to remote storage facility. Ensure all orders are correct to specific customer requirements. Create and distribute shipping and delivery documents. Manage goods movements and maintain current stock inventories in warehouse using SAP. Provide inventory analysis for accurate reporting and adjustments. Post goods issues on inbound and outbound deliveries. Develop new cycle count, picking procedures and provide training to new employees.
