Responsible for the Canada Post Portfolio, Pacific Region. Exercised Project Management duties including tender preparation, work notifications and project close-out reports.Demonstrated proficient Facilities Management duties including service level changes, periodic inspections, building condition reports, incident reports and site budgets.Carried out general administration tasks such as processing work orders, purchase orders and minute taking.

Supervision of contractor work included; ensuring safety procedures and precautions are in place and maintained, requesting and approving method statements and risk assessments, precautions to reduce the impact on tenants if necessary. Prepared packaging samples for potential clients. This involved altering the design of samples using drawing software Impact before sending them for cutting. Once cut I then sent the samples to clients. Regular interaction was maintained with clients so that requests for alterations to the design could be completed and resent.

Produced computer created designs of planned community landscape projects. 2D designs were created using AutoCAD for the purpose of the contractors and 3D designs were produced using Google SketchUp for the function of translating the proposed designs to the community residents.
