The reports included extensive field reviews to determine deficiencies, safety issues and potential improvements. Contracted by FDOT District 4 to work up to three days per week as an in-house support consultant creating procedures for quickly reacting to unsafe conditions created by vehicle collision into roadside equipment. Technical documents were written immediately proceeded by a district wide tour of maintenance facilities presenting and instructing FDOT maintenance personnel of the newly implemented procedures.Review Signal Timing reports and data analysis of intersections and corridors throughout Florida's District 5 and 6.
