I serve as Director for Governance, Economics & Strategy in our Global Corporate Sustainability team. This includes responsibility for integrating sustainability into our corporate strategy, embedding sustainability thinking in corporate finance and development, planning and implementation of non-financial (ESG) reporting governance structures and practices such as double materiality, regulatory readiness and implementation ahead of mandatory ESG reporting, and supporting executive leadership and board engagement. Previous roles centered on environmental science, strategy, corporate governance, investor relations, general management and leadership. I'm deeply passionate about being an enabler, and find purpose in helping our business and our teams connect, evolve and find ever-better ways to positively impact our world. I have lived and worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States. I'm also passionate about inclusion and served on Jacobs' inaugural Culture & People Advisory Council and our Strategy SteerCo for two years. I am committed to sustainable business and business-for-good, and strive to make a positive impact through both my career and personal life.
