Document disciplinary action(s), initiate education plans, and suggest formal recommendations for prevention of reoccurrence. Ensures quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of unit activities and safety measures (multiple locations WakeMed Raleigh, North, Brier Creek, and Cary campuses).

Assisted in building, testing, and maintaining EPIC Cupid environment(s). Involved in developing training documents for Invasive/Non-Invasive Cardiology.

Cardiovascular Testing Lab - Wakemed Heart Center

Led/educated cardiac and vascular sonography team members.Oversaw patient improvement initiatives.

Perform full adult/pediatric cardiovascular exams (TTE, TEE, SE, DSE, MitraClip, Watchman, Intracardiac Echo (ICE), Valvuloplasty, MAC-TAVR, Sepsis Protocol, LEV/UEV, LEA/UEA, Carotids, Renal Duplex, PSA’s, RFA’s, CLI). Contributed as a subject matter expert (SME) for the clinical implementation of EPIC.
