• Keeping the administrations at general ledger accounts up to date• Analyze reconciliation differences, investigate and make correction journals in QuickBooks

• Manage all hourly rates for all the lawyers.

• Manage the emails in the AP inbox, clear and respond daily to email all queries.• To co-ordinate the approval and processing journals for payment across all Legal entities in a timely manner.

• Processing of Vendor Invoices into appropriate software programs.

• Work-related injury claims registration
