I established and matured an organization with the goal of ensuring that the appropriate documentation exists to support safety and compliance programs so that employees and contractors can access the ‘right document’ for the ‘right information’ at the ‘right time’.​Through strong collaboration between the business, IT and 3rd party contractors we implemented industry leading probabilistic risk assessment tools for the gas segment that support risk informed decision making and prioritization. We also modernized our GIS system to better support the mobile workforce strategy and enhanced the quality of data available to the business. My team also developed and executed on a strategy to move toward advanced leak detection technology. This required coordination with regulatory, planning and operation teams as well as collaboration with fleet and supply chain to deliver on program commitments on-time through a global supply chain crisis. This program and the equipment deployed improves what we know about our system and helps us more efficiently deploy our resources to reduce risk and reduce emissions. With the goal on consistency across 6 operating companies, the GPS program was expanded to the final state and the capital collection program across the company was improved to collect at the point of construction with greater attribution captured through the efficient use of technology.
