'Part of what made Macintosh great was that the people working on it were musicians, and poets, and artists, and zoologists, and historians, who also happened to be the best computer scientists in the world' - Steve JobsI suppose my career hasn't exactly been linear. From graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Financial Economics, to working as a teacher, to a scrap yard(!), life takes us in strange directions. The common theme, though, is that I have always striven for excellence, and to take what I could from the experience and use it for life. My passion now is data analytics, with a developing interest in AWS and FinOps, and I have been putting my all into building the skills I need to excel in theses fields. But I am far from abandoning my previous experiences. Rather, I bring them all to the table in my current role, as I will with this role at wherever I stop next. As Jobs himself said, "Creativity is just connecting the dots"...
