About Jonathan Griffith

I head LCP’s multi-disciplinary team looking at DB pensions endgames. This involves collaborating with pension trustees, scheme sponsors, and other stakeholders to explore the increasing array of different options through to then implementing the right strategy that gives the best overall outcome. As part of this, I developed LCP Elevate – our flexible run-on strategy framework that helps clients turn DB pension schemes into real assets.In addition, as a pensions Partner within LCP’s Corporate Consulting practice, I help pension scheme sponsors understand and manage their everyday pension costs and risks. I am actively involved in funding valuations, benefit changes, Board training, corporate accounting, and wider pensions projects, ensuring that all corporate pensions spend represents value for money.Beyond pensions, I am part of the LCP Foundation committee that supports communities local to LCP through charitable grants, fundraising matching, and aiding staff volunteering.
