I love building and leading teams to drive great organizational outcomes. I've been the Chief Revenue Officer at Augmedix for 5 years achieving 40 - 50% YOY growth that led to an IPO. This success was driven by developing a great commercial team that I ensured was focused on a shared vision and strategy. By establishing a data driven growth organization across sales, marketing, business development and customer success, new and existing clients responded by growing with Augmedix. At MedeAnalytics, brought in by private equity backers and hired by the CEO, I expanded their solutions set by developing a new Employer Solution Business Line. I founded and served as President at Benu where we created risk adjusted healthcare exchanges working with payer clients such as United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente and Cigna. I successfully raised multiple rounds of financing and eventually exited with a successful sale of the business.
