• Director of 3rd party wind and solar asset acquisitions in North America.• Deal team executed $300 MM transaction to acquire a 33% interest in a portfolio of 24 solar projects spread across five states, totaling 425 MW. Transaction expected to generate $25.1 MM in annual CAFD.

• Director of Finance and M&A activities for Element Power US.• Completed sale of Element Power US to Capital Power Corporation. • Team raised $119 million in Tax Equity and 20 year non-recourse debt for a 50 MW wind project, minimizing sponsor equity. Personally responsible for delivering: financial model, O&M budget, Independent Engineer approval, 1603 Grant application, Cost segmentation report, Insurance procurement and various other tasks as needed. • Led asset management of 50 MW wind project producing $11 MM p.a. of revenue. Secured additional state level tax credit resulting in $10 MM of incremental project EBITDA.• Led modeling and other various efforts associated with responding to 250+ PPA request for proposals.• Participated in the acquisition and due diligence of 1,000 MW of wind and solar development assets.• In-depth review and financial analysis of 75+ potential acquisition opportunities. • Report directly to COO.

• Analyzed various partnership transactions across the renewable technology spectrum including: Wind, Solar, Fuel Cells, and Geothermal assets.• Built proprietary financial models for seven projects totaling ~500 MW with a potential investment of ~$1 billion, these projects included: tax equity structures, 99/1 partnerships, pro rata investments, investment tax credits, production tax credits and Department of Energy grants.• Member of a team responsible for the management and development of a $3 billion portfolio of assets in the power generation / transmission, gas storage and MLP industries. Major accomplishments include: team generated $30 MM of net income by selling a 242 MW coal plant; participating in the development of two 500 MW natural gas fired combined cycle generations facilities; refurbished a 114 MW merchant CCGT power plant, and the development / construction of a 300 MW variable Frequency Transmission project, the second of its kind. • Recipient of 2 GE Platinum Awards; 5 GE Bronze Awards; awarded by fellow team members for a job well done.• Attended Foundations of Leadership a GE Crotonville Leadership Course
