Following the Cisco acquisition of ScanSafe in Dec09 I will be continuing in my role as an Enterprise Sales manager, looking after existing and new business major accounts.

This new business role involved working with Northern Partners to establish eneterprise sales in organisations with over 2000 users. Responsibilities included hitting an annual target and developing/ establishing relationships with enterprise resellers

This role involved working with Strategic Platinum Partners Websense following Websense's acquisition of SurfControl Plc in 2007. The role involved managing 10 platinum (Tier 1) accounts, establishing new business opportunities whilst maintaining and up-selling existing customers.

The role involved managing 12 gold/platinum partner accounts with a new business target of over a £1m. This external role involved the development of reseller partners in the north, 3 of which were consequently recognised in SurfControl’s global top 10. Responsible for sales training, bespoke marketing programs, forecasting.

Headed a team of 4 direct sales exec’s responsible for a new business team target and individual target for FY06. The role involved working mainly with large public sector organisations. Responsible for team/individual forecasting and monthly reviews to senior management and exec team.

Managed 12 Gold Partners throughout the North of the UK. Responsibilities included hitting a new business annual target and individual reseller targets, creating business & marketing plans, providing on-going training for sales staff.

Working in a new team with unsigned partners to develop and fully assist them in closing business and aid them in becoming fully signed certified partners.

Started in a direct sales role at SurfControl responsible for a new business annual target, developed predominantly through cold calling. Won performance awards for outstanding contribution to sales and achieved a promotion to team leader.
