Responsible for leading the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality programs for E-Solutions USA (EnerNOC, Demand Energy Network and eMotorwerks), a division of Enel Energy. Supporting renewable energy development, construction and operations, maintenance, office and fleet activities. Direct the global Safety and Environmental Sustainability (SES) programs for the down-stream operations of the world’s largest beverage manufacturing company comprised of 200+ franchise bottlers with 700K employees and 200K vehicles operating in 200+ countries. Developed and implemented governance programs that ensured safe and sustainable product storage & distribution and people movement worldwide. Established and lead global governance committee comprised of Corporate and Bottler membership representing the diverse needs of the various functions and geographies in the distribution network. Completed global route to market SES situation assessment; established strategy resulting in geographic-specific performance improvements: Decreased number of incidents and improved data reporting.  Provide 1:1 coaching for 16 global geographic business unit safety leaders and several Bottler operations. Provide technical support and performance reporting to the Chief Quality Officer and Board of Directors. Developed and delivered Route to Market SES train-the-trainer program on all 6 continents. Developed and implemented “Center of Excellence” safety program, a risk-based safety assessment program that incorporated improvements through a new culture of active caring in a leadership / work-force partnership. Sites used as teaching tools to understand the journey necessary to improve performance through education and culture change.

P&G Gillette, Boston, Ma

Program Leader for Crisis Management, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Construction Safety for the Gillette Business Unit: provide program development, implementation and continuous improvement support for 15 facilities in Eight countries. Health Safety and Environment Single Point of Contact (Business Unit Partner) for two Gillette manufacturing facilities: direct HSE strategy development and provide mentoring for site HSE leadership. 24-hour on-call Crisis Management Leader.

Cleveland, Tennessee

Managed the Health, Safety, Environment and Security programs for a 200,000 square foot battery manufacturing plant and 300,000 square foot battery packaging plant. Managed title V air permit for manufacturing site. Supervised a staff of four full-time employees and managed an annual budget of $1.5 million. 24-hour on-call, emergency responder and Hazardous Materials Incident Commander.

Needham, Massachusetts

Managed the HS&E programs for a 130,000 square foot research facility with approximately 210 employees. Ensured occupational and laboratory employee work-place safety, and ensured environmental compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Supervised a staff of one full time employee and 12-member part-time committee. Managed an annual budget of $500,000. 24-hour on-call, emergency responder and incident commander.
