The Company operates through three segments: Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, Epoxy, and Winchester.• Manage internal team of Kronos Technical Admins to maintain and enhance our existing Kronos/UKG WFM environments (WFC 8.0 KPC, Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM).• Oversee the implementation of Workforce Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM, consolidating our two historical Workforce Central environments into a single unified Pro WFM cloud instance. Modules include Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Scheduling, and Activities. o Consolidation of over 100 pay rules and subsequent building blocks to less than 30 in phase one of implementation. o Automation of person import feed to dynamically and properly assign employee profiles and roles on load, significantly reducing manual workload and errors.• Continuous consolidation and enhancement of legacy configurations, implementing industry best practices, and implementing previously unused configurations to enhance user experience and product enrichment. o Currently responsible for 80%+ reduction in duplicative or inefficient legacy configuration, significantly reducing maintenance labor costs and avoiding millions of dollars of potential litigation costs from incorrect pay policy configurations. o Proper documentation and sign-off of formal policy documentation across all sites, as none were previously recorded.• Continuous work with internal HR, payroll, finance, and analytics customers to ensure seamless communication of inbound and outbound data to and from our other enterprise systems.• Manage all invoicing and billing for UKG book of business, as well as for contracted labor.• Responsible for hiring, growth, and development of team members to ensure they have the tools needed to succeed and build UKG best practice habits and internal consultative skills to best assist our internal customers.

The firm’s HCM platform saves time and reduces expenses by making centralized, interrelated data easy to access, correct, and analyze through one intuitive platform.Tasks include:• Act as a functional expert to the organization in all things SyncHR including time & attendance (Kronos Workforce Ready), core HR, benefits, and payroll.• Provide consultation, assistance and guidance to functional area partners on the design of creative solutions to specific requirements and programs. Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution.• Analyze customer legacy data quality and generate new outputs for SyncHR to accept (ETL), while consulting customer on data transformation, cleansing, and integrity.• Configure APIs within SyncHR for third-party integrations, such as recruiting and time & attendance. • Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and change management associated with upgrades, innovative solutions and enhancements.• Provide training to a variety of functional teams on enhanced processes and new functionality.

Responsible for the successful deployment of enterprise-wide scheduling software solutions in my clients’ business environments. Responsible for the end-to end delivery of the implementation of the EMS Software product– ensuring that business requirements are realized through software configuration, workflow design, training, testing and go-live. Duties include: • Primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing the full software implementation life cycle including installation, business process and requirements analysis/workflow design, configuration, training, user testing, and overall project management. • Draft project plans, direct weekly project meetings, own status reports and issues resolution.• Develop and manage strong client relationships. • Provide technical guidance, including server and application installs, Windows IIS configuration, API installation, custom SQL Server scripting, and data migration/ETL from legacy software systems.

General Motors is currently going through a transformation of its enterprise timekeeping and activities tracking systems throughout the global organization. My team was responsible for the development and roll-out of Kronos Workforce Management to replace our various legacy timekeeping systems.My work spanned the entire SDLC of Kronos development, including business requirements gathering, design and development of Kronos Workforce Management and Workforce Activities, WIM/SQL integration, configuration of Timekeeping and Activities in both WFM 6.2 and 8.0, testing, as well as virtual and on-site training of our end business users. Workflow was in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.Tasks included:• Kronos 8.0 Timekeeping configuration across several of our international plant locations, including Brazil, India, and Canada• Ground-up timekeeping and activities configuration of our 20,000+ Global Engineering and U.S. Salary employees in Kronos 8.0• Timekeeping configuration and deployment of all manufacturing plant deployments to Kronos 6.2 covering over 100,000 end-users
