Oversee concurrent implementation projects on the TapClicks platform, including the Orders and Workflow technology platform as well as the Reporting and Analytics platform. Implementation projects include configuration and onboarding of new clients for reporting dashboards, data analysis, and ordering and workflow systems. Also develop and oversee project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, evaluate client needs, document workflows, and business requirements into actionable project deliverables. Develop configurations that support business processes, plan and execute delivery and implementation plans, and test and troubleshoot final system setups to meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsible for strategic and tactical activities related to design, customization, integration and deployment of development solutions. Design and maintain solutions for managing and integrating data between operational systems, data repositories, and reporting and analytical applications. Provide strong analytical and technical support, and interact with project teams, developer teams, and business stakeholders to drive business application solutions, intelligence and data strategy across a wide range of projects.

Optimize advertising client campaigns for impressLOCAL & TruLOCAL services to create a higher likelihood of renewal. Develop and manage process for tracking and optimizing client campaigns; develop and execute communication process back to sales channel, manage vendor interactions to solve optimization issues.Also protect the data integrity of client platforms and reporting, as well as some project management to onboard new partners.

Update and manage DOMO cards for a variety of stakeholders as well as troubleshoot functionally and performance of a variety of platforms, including Twilio, SmartSend and DataInsights. Also building dashboards for revenue, advertising and executive summaries, as well as content, subscription, marketing and e-commerce.
