Supporting Human Resources and Payroll using the PeopleSoft application. Currently on PT8.54 and HCM 9.2.Was the lead analyst in 2017 for data conversion to Workday. The project was successfully completed at the end of Q3.

Perform software support for the Human Resources and Benefits department for all North American operations. Supported PeopleSoft 8.0 for HRMS and PeopleSoft 8.9 for Talent Acquisition Manager. Worked closely with IT team members and HR support staff. This was a temporary position.

Support PCs, LAN, IP phones, and printers in a local office of approximately 30 employees. This office provides applications and IT support to over 1,000 employees covering an 11-county area.

Analyze and design systems for the Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Staffing organizations in support of 20,000+ employees worldwide. Develop and maintain project plans. Gather requirements through effective verbal and written communications. Write clear and complete functional specifications, design specifications, and test plans. Develop requirements traceability matrices. Supervise testing for all levels; unit, system, integration, regression, and acceptance. Track defect resolution. Train end-users on upgrades and enhancements. Supervise development staff. Maintain and execute disaster recovery plans.

Design, develop, test, and deploy software in support of the Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Staffing departments. Create/maintain shell scripts for controlling and monitoring batch jobs and manipulating files. Create/maintain interfaces to internal or external systems. Create/maintain reports to internal customers. Participate in testing; unit, system, and integration. Maintain system documentation. Provide on-going production support.
