I'm a senior lawyer with particular experience working with charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises in a wide variety of areas of law including in establishment, structuring, governance and regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial arrangements and agreements, property and construction, social housing, disability, tax, government funding and finance agreements and trust arrangements.I led the William Wilberforce Foundation from its inception in Australia, securing funding, building the staff and volunteer team and delivering outcomes for some of the most marginalised and disadvantaged Australians. It's my privilege to now chair the board of William Wilberforce Foundation.I also founded and host an annual event for 25-40 year-old emerging leaders. We've sponsored 500 emerging leaders to attend so far, giving them an opportunity to not only connect with and encourage one another but also to connect with, hear from and be mentored by some of the best known leaders in Australia. Our aim it to help emerging leaders to know their calling, mobilising them to play a role in shaping a better Australia and a better world.I'm involved as a volunteer and as a board member in supporting a number of community based organisations in their incredible work.
