As a Principal CEO with 18 years of experience in international trade, I lead the reengineering of national and international logistics processes to integrate the services of the global supply chain. My mission is to deliver value-added solutions that optimize the operations and performance of my clients and partners.I have a Licenciatura in Negocios Internacionales from Universidad de Guadalajara, and I have developed competencies in change management, strategic vision, strategic planning, and innovation. I have founded and managed two successful companies, Socio fundador and Coordinador de logística, where I coordinated the export shipments and supply of wheat to BARILLA, and programmed the weekly production.
